Ceviche recipe
Ceviche is a seafood-based cold soup with origins in Central and South America. Traditionally prepared with raw seafood, this recipe calls for cooked crabmeat. The flavors are crisp, citrusy, and addictively refreshing.
Ingredients:
½ pound crabmeat
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 large tomatoes, diced
½ cup minced fresh cilantro
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
