Ginger-Lime Aioli recipe

An aioli is a mayonnaise-based dipping sauce that can be used as a dip for vegetables and crackers or spread atop meats, seafood, and sandwiches. This ginger-lime recipe pairs well with chicken, beef, and salmon, and is best served with a glass of white wine.

Ingredients:

½ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or whisk by hand until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
